Clay has the remarkable ability to preserve traces of memory. Through handbuilding, nerikomi, and slip-casting, I create contemporary ceramics that explore identity, human connection, and the stories carried by objects. Drawing from my Peruvian heritage, years of artistic training in Japan, and a background in design, my work reimagines cultural traditions through a contemporary lens.
